5 Life Lessons From Persevering With My Own Podcast
Hey legends!
Wow, can you believe we are at episode 100 already? (more if you count the Unashamedly 40 spin off series!)
I was reflecting today on what I have learnt from starting and running a podcast series.
- Someone needs to hear your message but not everyone will listen
I don't have a high listenership (yet) but the messages and emails I get from people who have heard exactly what they needed to hear from an episode of Unashamedly Human has been enough for me to keep going.
- Show UP
Building trust with myself through the gentle nurturing of my own integrity has changed every aspect of my life. Money, health, business, self confidence, relationships - the list goes on.
- Don’t compare
Although, I do! But I know what to do with the voices of comparison and I never let myself run with … ‘it’s easier for them because…’
- Play
Life is about curiosity. You’ll find your passion and your groove the moment you give yourself permission to play.
- Ask for help
Life is not a solo sport and i have recently taken on a team to help me grow the Unashamedly Human podcast so get ready for 2022. It’s going to be amazing!
