SPECIAL EPISODE: 7 Steps to Change Your Life
Monday May 17, 2021
Monday May 17, 2021
Here’s what you need to know! While you continue to tread water, life is passing you by. Who you are today is getting you the results that you have today and that can change quickly, easily and gracefully IF you are willing to take the 7 steps I lay out in this audio.
These steps and the work inside Life of Your Dreams are guaranteed to change your life from stagnant to vibrant. I know what it feels like to be trapped by circumstance; to lack direction and to be scared of change. But I also know that the only thing that is holding you in that pattern is you. And I can show you how to break free from the self doubt and limitations you’re experiencing.
Life of Your Dreams is tried and tested and women who do this work learn how to be happy, how to manifest their dreams and how to fall back in love with their lives.
The first and most important step to take is to say YES to yourself. After that, I have you every step of the way.
I can’t wait to connect with you in the Dreams Community.
I believe in you.
Em x

In episode 5, Emily shares her midlife crisis – who knew turning 40 would bring up so much stuff! Regret, nostalgia (for lives she never led) and a general feeling of ‘is it over’ has left Emily feeling out of sorts. But Rochelle reassures her that all is not lost, and she can still travel India. After all, our guest Jacqui started her life at 40.
Just before Jacqui turned 40, her (now ex) husband left her. She thought her life was over but as it turns out, it was only just beginning. Jacqui shares her inspiration story that led her to create the Green Dress Project – a program designed to help women move forward abundantly after life happens to them.
This was an amazing interview full of so many nuggets of wisdom.
